Good Experience at Red Day

After having an internship in Yello, I have learnt many things in PR and rich my experience. I got different opportunity to hold the event. This time, i got a chance to assist The Society of Aids Care for holding Red Day. Before the event, I should invent different celebrity to come. However, it is very difficult to find their contact number and most of them were not free on that day. Luckily, we had found Phill Lam to come, mission complete. The next mission was invent the celebrity to donate a red object. The most difficult part was how to pick up the object. Finally, I should go to the celebrity’s workplace, home to get the object. Told you a secret, i have successfully invent Louis Cheung, Sandy Lam to donate their red objects.

On Red Day, my duty is becoming a sale in Bazaar. Every income will donate to Aids Care. I saw that there were many object were very attractive. Therefore, i bought a watch to my mum and support Aids Care.

At 12 noon, the open ceremony was hold. Phill Lam, Leo Yau, Cecilia So become a guest. It was the first time to see them in short distance, i became a fans to take photo for them then came back to my workplace to sale people.

This event is a good experience for me, i have never contact celebrity, never manage a Bazaar. After becoming internship in Yello, it really bring me many knowledge, i wish it will be useful for my future career.

Public Relation Strategy

Before the event, Yello decided to invent different celebrity to donate red object, it can led to public care about this event, and the target audience is the fans of celebrity and teenagers.

During the event, Yello sent helper to call people take photo and unload to the facebook for supporting Aids Care. The target audience is public.

After the event, Yello through social network to call people go to fringe banker to donate money and but the red object of the celebrity.
